WHO WE ARE - A TRANSITIONAL STORY

At MyCrazyMachine.com, our roots have a rich foundation in technology starting in the late 1980's focusing on circuitry design, programming and website design. During a development deadline, our desktop PC housing critical data went down, sending us scrambling looking for local computer repair technicians.

We recieved several repair estimates that were outrageously expensive, a timeline of weeks or simply poor communication from the repair technician. This can't really be that hard, can it?

Putting our software engineering background to work, along with our hardware savvy egghead friends, we were able to isolate a short on the system board, and have it repaired ourselves with a fraction of the cost and time.

Being dismayed at the entire repair process, in 2000 we had a Eureka! moment. What if we could bring low cost computer repair and IT solutions, in minimal time, with expertise and professionalism to the public?

Oh yea, the name. Most of our fielded customer calls typically began with "Hi, I need help repairing my crazy machine!". We liked the idea so much - we ran with it.
